Please download and complete the 2010 Women's Health and Fitness Expo Agreement and Rules and Regulations . You can return the signed materials to us by fax at 845-802-7030 or by mail ( 360 Washington Ave., Kingston, NY12401 ).

Please Note:

• If you cannot come at the assigned times, please let us know as soon as possible and we will make every attempt to accommodate you.
• We will be handing out exhibitor packets and booth locations during registration.
• When you arrive on Friday to register, please follow the signs for Vendor Registration.
• The doors will open at 7:00 am on Saturday. The Expo begins with a Wake Up and Work Out at 7:30. We request that vendors are at their booths by 7:20am.
